Refunds and Returns

           

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly return or exchange it within 30 days of the purchase date. No problem.

 

Return/Exchange Policy

 

Complete the return and exchange form enclosed in every package or click here to download.  Please indicate if you prefer to receive a refund or make an exchange. Only merchandise returned in it’s original condition with the tags and liners in place will be considered for return/exchange. Please allow 2-4 weeks from receipt of your return for Collegiate Surf and Sport to process and ship your item.

 

Exchanges

 

Exchanges will be shipped to you for a flat rate of $4.95. Please specify on your return/exchange form whether or not you would like to exchange for a different size or item.  If you item is defective, please indicate this on your return/exchange form and we will gladly send a replacement. If an item is defective, shipping charges for the replacement items will be covered by Collegiate Surf and Sport.

 

Returns

 

A credit will be issued to your credit card as soon as we receive and process your return. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original and return shipping charges. If you were shipped the wrong product in error, you may return the product at our expense for a full refund of the purchase price and shipping charges. You must call 714-283-2245 to get a return authorization number prior to shipping your return.

Shipping and Handling

 

All orders will be shipped within 24 hours. An email confirmation will be sent out upon shipment. You will be notified if there is an unforeseen delay that may cause your order to arrive later than the selected shipping time. Please note that transit times are listed in business days. UPS and the US Postal Service do not include Saturdays, Sundays and most holidays as business days.

 

To ensure delivery of your order, we have chosen three reputable carriers for all of our domestic orders. All of our domestic shipments are sent with delivery confirmation from either the US Postal Service, UPS, or Fed-Ex. Collegiate Surf and Sport will not be responsible for undamaged merchandise once delivery has been confirmed by UPS, Fed-Ex, or the US Postal Service. All mail or parcels that are lost after delivery will be the sole responsibility of the consumer and all claims for packages lost after delivery will have to be filed directly with UPS, Fed-Ex, or the US Postal Service.

 

Within the United States: Standard shipping charges will be calculated based on the overall dollar amount of your order.

Standard shipping for domestic orders weighing less than 2 lbs. will be shipped via USPS first class priority mail with delivery confirmation. Priority mail and first class mail transit time is typically 3-5 business days from our Tennessee warehouse. US Priority mail can be delivered to all 50 US States, Military addresses, and US Territories. The US Postal Service does not guarantee delivery in 3 business days, sometimes it will take longer.

 

International Orders: At this time, Collegiate Surf and Sport does not accept international orders. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

 

Backorder Policy  

 

Due to the seasonal nature and the demand for our merchandise, some items may be temporality sold out, however, we are always able to backorder them for you.  We will keep you updated on the anticipated arrival of the item on backorder via email.
